HVAC SALES ENGINEER

The responsibilities of an HVAC Sales Engineer include the active daily sales of HVAC accessories and equipment, as well as heat pumps, in the Estonian market. Daily tasks involve responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, dispatching goods from the warehouse to customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and creating new ones. You will negotiate offers and finalize sales transactions. You will train clients, be comfortable standing in front of a larger audience, and not be afraid to present to a larger auditorium. You should be willing to travel alone and with clients abroad. It is beneficial if you are familiar with social media, understand how to use and manage it daily, and maintain the portal.

We welcome you to our team if you are positive, confident, technically savvy, able to use a computer, and comfortable communicating with both customers and colleagues. You must be fluent in Estonian both verbally and in writing, as well as comfortable in English, as technical materials and documentation for equipment and components are predominantly in foreign languages. Knowledge of other languages and previous experience in the refrigeration industry are advantageous.
